She runs classes at Nibble Kitchen in Somerville, MA and at Salt City Market in Syracuse, NY with a goal to make Lao food become more mainstream and to preserve Lao culture in the U.S. This effort, known as The Lao Food Project, is an initiative of The Lao Project.
