“Dancing and music have always been a healing modality for me. In 1999, I told myself that I wanted to do what DJs have always done for me during my period of depression in my teen years. When I dance to music, I just get lost in it. All of my worries and problems seem to melt away.”

“I have a spiritual connection to music especially when it is my body that dances to the sounds. I feel creative, alive, and encapsulated in Chi energy.”

“I was lucky enough to have a lot of mentors for DJing. All are significant in my music journey. My main mentor is Jarrid Mendleson, who is my agent at 24 Seven Productions and has been since 2004.”

“All the decisions I had made, even the biggest ones, which was to move to Las Vegas to pursue my dreams of becoming a professional DJ, were quite simple. Honestly, I just trusted what I felt with my intuition and in my gut.“

“I felt pretty fearless taking the steps to be "dreaming awake" in pursuing my goals.”

“Continue to enjoy the journey of creative manifestation. The anxiety from external and internal things is just the spiritual self yearning for an answer, which will come in God's time, not mine.”

“My vision for the next 3 to 5 years is to release music of my favorite record labels and to tour the world DJing while advocating for human rights and environmental issues such as "Raising awareness about the secret U.S. bombings of Laos and supporting the ban of cluster munitions". I love the leadership at Legacies Of War non-profit organization and I'm really excited to advocate for their mission.”

“I think I can write a complete novel about what I love about Lao culture... What I embrace the most is the richness in my spirit through my ancestors. I can feel my warrior-like nature design my outlook in life.”

“The love and resilience it took for my family to be here is something I humbly celebrate. I love the connection of family through blood or just being Lao. It is really precious! I have so many warm memories of Lao people opening their homes to our family and vice versa. It is the best hospitality ever!”

“I was honored to learn and perform in Las Vegas the art of Nattasinh Traditional Lao Dancing for the temple Wat Lao Khandhidramaram. When I danced, I felt emotional, holding back tears, because the lyrics and the instrumentation are so beautiful!”

I felt like I am taken back in time and that my DNA remembers what “The Land of a Million Elephants” was like.

"I embrace Lao culture with my friends by inviting them to join in festivals, food, and teaching them about Legacies of War's mission to raise awareness about the secret U.S. bombings of Laos and supporting the ban of cluster munitions.
